Ghasts are hostile and launch fireballs at the player. Their fireballs can be destroyed with Melee. Fireballs destroy most blocks they hit with the exception of Cobblestone, Diamond Blocks, Stone and Obsidian. When a Ghast dies there is a chance it will drop a Gunpowder or Ghast Tear. Ghasts are only found in The Nether.
